  Tim Bush
Creative Director

Tim brings over ten years of graphic design experience to the team, along with a handful of interesting hobbies. When he's not designing the next issue of Baja Life Magazine or developing graphics for other clients, you can usually find him surfing, painting or cruising to Cataline with his wife in their 24 ft. power boat. He also has a special love for Tequila and travels to Baja often for his fix. Tim recieved his degree from the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver.

Dave Mosso:
Web Designer

Dave brings 5 years of web experience to the BCG team, and is able to proficiently mix right and left brain skills to produce technically executable, yet visually effective web design solutions. He enjoys fish tacos, Bass Ale, spinning records, road trips and of course, killer web sites.

In his spare time, Dave is proudly involved in the local activist community, donating design work to the Green Party of Orange County and OC Alliance for Global Nuclear Disarmament; and to KUCI 88.9fm in Irvine, UC Irvine's campus radio station, where he hosts and produces a weekly jazz music program. Dave graduated from UCI with a BA in Studio Art.

  Klaudia Toews:
Account Representative

Klaudia was born in Paraguay and has traveled extensively throughout South America, Canada and Mexico before arriving in Baja. The contrasted desert landscapes and the richness of the Sea of Cortez ignited a passion in her for the area and its warm people. Having lived and worked in Baja for over a year, she gained an "up close and personal" respect and appreciation for the Baja and its many natural wonders. She enjoys promoting a place that offers so much so she spend my time at work selling what I believe in through print advertising and web marketing programs.

At play, she thoroughly enjoy kayaking, snorkeling,
sportfishing and sharing cold Pacificos with friends.
  Judeann Glover:
Event Coordinator

Judeann earned her degree in Human Services and Psychology. Utilizing her strong communication and organizational skills, as well as her critical eye for
detail, she has successfully lent her efforts to various marketing, public relations and event planning strategies for close to 20 years. Her event planning projects include educational seminars, corporate retreats, planning public appearances and political fundraisers. Judeann also created the marketing literature to accompany these various events.

When she wakes up each morning, she says she counts herself extremely fortunate to be able to do what she loves best, both at work and in my leisure time. For fun, she most enjoys spending time with her two daughters, playing tennis, gardening and travel.
